The fountain works perfectly and was easy to set up. However, so far my cats aren't interested in using it. I'm afraid I spent a lot of money for something that does exactly what it's supposed to do, but my cats prefer to drink their water from a big bowl.

We all just love this product ! We have 1 Pomeranian (10#s) , 2 Yorkies (4-5#s) 1 Yorkie (15#) , They drink more water cause its freshier, clearer . I love it cause is quite, easy to clean, easy to fill , So if you're thinking about getting this Drinkwell product, do so ! It is so worth the money.

Our precious cats love the fountain! We had another manufacturer's fountain before the Drinkwell, and this one is SO
much better than the other one. Our "boys" enjoy drinking more water, and it's easy to clean.

Nice water fountain. On the plus side, the cats like it. Took a week for them to get used to it but it does what it claims to, give them fresh circulated water just as cats desire. ON the negaitve side, it is VERY VERY LOUD! Annoyingly so. Sometimes I think a pipe is leaking. The motor also humms constantly adding to the noise so if you like quiet, this is not for you!

This is probably one of the best things I have ever gotten for my cats. I'm single and away at work all day, and not only is this a real time-saver in the morning because I don't have to put out fresh water, but it keeps my cats entertained throughout the day as well. They love to paw at the water, watch it, and drink from the fountain part. Yes, it has sound - it's running water! I feel like I got a free "soothing water sounds" machine out of the deal. I find nothing wrong with this product and I wish I had ordered it sooner. My friend has had this for years and has sworn by it, so consider this two reviews recommending this. It is long, so be sure you have an area that not only accommodates the fountain, but also leaves enough room for your cats to sit and comfortably drink/play.
