| Customer Reviews: Hunque of junque February 18, 2010 Darin Fan My machine stopped working the second day I tried to use it. Customer service is not in on weekends (which is the only time I make coffee at home). Forget it, not worth the hassle. Thank god I got it at Costco so returning it was no problem.

br /Did I mention how big and ugly it is?
So Far I love it January 2, 2010 Michael Davis This is my first Espresso machine but after spending a small fortune over the years at Starbucks I thought I would give one a try. I was looking for really good lattes, really easy and so far this machine has been amazing. It took 5 minutes to get it working and over the last week I have played with the options to get the prefect cup for me as well as my wife. Now I just push a button and get the espresso just how I like it and then steam the milk and I am good to go. I have to add water about once a day and that does 2-3 large cups with the milk. After I am done I wipe it off and a couple times a week empty the grounds and spent water. Once a week or so you need to remove the pump (just slides out) and rinse it off.
br /I have only had the machine a week so I cant talk about the durability but if you are looking for great espresso easy then I recommend this machine.
Disappointed October 15, 2009 Lydia M. Moll 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased a Saeco, Odea Go 1 1/2 years ago and it has blinked a lot and I was always able to control the blinking lights, now I took Brew group out and now you cannot insert it back. I have followed the instructions with no success.
It was good while it lasted.... September 9, 2009 NCC (Raleigh, NC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have mixed feelings about this machine so will try and keep it to the point.

br /PROS
br /Very easy to use
br /Makes good hot coffee
br /Milk frother warms up quickly and makes for hot coffee and milk
br /Milk wand is easy to clean as it has a plastic cover - unlike some metal ones that dry up the milk and take forever to clean
br /Dreg draw is easy to take out and clean
br /
br /CONS
br /It is pretty plastic and big
br /Water tank is small and therefore making coffee for more than two people can become pretty time consuming and labour intensive for an automatic machine.
br /Drip tray is way too small
br /They recommend you dismantle the machine at the end of the brewing day and rinse out a removable part of the machine above the dreg draw - which I have been consistently doing. This however seems to have been my demise as it has warped over time and will now not go back in. I think the plastic construction has allowed the warping to occur.

br /MIXED - It is forever flashing a light at you - once you get to know what they mean it is quite helpful to manage the machine but is initially pretty frustrating when all you want is a cup of coffee!
br /
br /Long and short of it all - we have had the machine for 18 months max, and use it for four cups of coffee per day max and it has died on us.
br /Saeco customer service has been non existent. I cant even find a local service agent.
br /I don't think we have been hard on it at all and expect more for the money so I am moving on to another machine!
Great Value and Customer Service July 22, 2009 Donna P. Leek (Truckee,Ca) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The merchant was very helpful with this machine. I had a problem with the first machine, and contacted the merchants' customer service. They sent a replacement and took care of the shipping. Very happy.
