Product Description All-in-One Washer and Dryer
This laundry dream washes and dries all in one machine.
Who Is It for?
People who want to be able to do laundry at home but don't have an external venting source which conventional dryers require. It's great for busy people who want to start a load and return to clean clothes. The Delay Start feature allows convenient completion of laundry to fit your schedule. Homes, apartments, businesses and vacation homes where there may be space constraints.
What Are The Advantages?
No outside venting is required because it is ventless condensing. It runs on a standard 115V electricity and not gas. No need to wait to transfer from the washer to the dryer.

Disappointment August 22, 2010 L. Qi Side load washer sounds like a good idea. But unfortunately it has one fatal drawback. Because it is side load, the door needs to be sealed, water easily get stuck between the rubber sealer. Day after day, it become a little dirty swamp. We didn't notice this initially, but we always smell sth bad in our laundry room, after investigation, we discovered the disgusting swamp.
Of course the issue is not specific to this LG model, but all side-load washer. Next time if we have to upgrade our washer, I will go with a top load.
Slow, Loud, but OK May 21, 2010 Michael Peterson (West Hollywood, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've used this machine for a year and it's just barely OK. It takes some getting used to. You can only wash and dry a small load....three pairs of jeans max. Don't even think of starting a load in the evening because the very loud dry cycle will keep you awake late into the night. You have to plan for a load to take 4 hours. Your clothes come out very hot and with a slightly dry/burned smell. No Downey freshness here! There are only two serious problems, though:
1. Wrinkles. WOW, BAD!
2. Anything with elastic will get ruined rather quickly.
If there's any way you can install a small washer/dryer stackable, do that instead. If this is your only option, you can get used to it.
Annoying at best April 25, 2010 William M. berger (ft. laud florida) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This thing can't make it through 1 load of clothes without going into "Error Mode"...A.K.A. "IE" on the average of 2 times....and if you dont restart it quickly you have to do the whole load over again.
Oh yeah it's got bunches of options--BUT--it doesn't have an option to just Rinse and/or Spin after it craps out on you
I hold myself to a very high work standard...and I expect the same out of my purchases
This is NOT worth the headaches
LG, Yeah, Right April 22, 2010 N. Jocoy (South Carolina United States) 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
Think twice before buying an LG product. Life May be Good but only for the owners of the company. I bought an $800 washer, used in a normal home environment that needed a $300 repair after 2.5 years of use. The only response I could get from the company is it was too far out of warranty. It was a part defect per the repairman.
Satisfied January 21, 2010 Juan Villalta (downtown LA, CA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
they discontinued the larger version of this machine so i settled for this one; so far i am very satisfied w/ this product. the time is a non issue; you fill it before going to work, it will be done by the time you get back.
drying, is a none issue as well. i reviewed many comments before deciding on this machine more so because of the condensation drying; my unit is small and i didn't care for the tropical weather standard vented machines would give my place; this type of drying was my only solution.
i recommend this product.
