This CD/DVD storage unit is a great buy. It is well constructed, requires no assembly other than arranging the shelving for your personal needs. Looks great, works great, a wonderful addition to our home. The only drawback: It stinks right out of the box. LOL But that goes away in a day or two.

This Chinese made product is way overpriced. For what I paid I expected some quality. It looks nice, but the wood is very light and the shelves do not fit perfectly. The plastic studs which are supposed to hold the shelves are cheap and the holes are not even drilled to a uniform size. It also emits a strong odor at the moment.
Some holes were too tight and I had to fight to get the studs in and others were too loose so I didn't want to put too much on those shelves. When it is closed it looks nice. I would put most of the stuff on the central area shelves and not too much in the doors which rest on swinging hinges. It would have been nice if they would have made this of a heavier duty wood. I don't know how long it will last. Its too bad we don't have country of origin labeling in the U.S. because I would go out of my way not to buy anything made in China.

I got this for my husband for Christmas. We are both very pleased with it. It's well made, and comes in a rich cherry color. You can configure the shelves however you want, and it's great to have our hundreds of CDs, DVDs, and tapes all in one place. There are little magnets that keep the doors securely closed. The shipping was free and it was packaged securely and delivered quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

I agree with most reviewers: this cabinet is beautifully designed and extremely well finished. In addition, the packaging is very well thought out and gives excellent protection. I found no flaws in the cabinet whatever. It is exactly what I was looking for, and I am tickled pink. And it holds all of my CDs and DVDs! Thank you!

I was so fed up with all these cheap build-it yourself cabinets that would fall apart and the doors not open and close properly. It's not that I don't know how to build these cabinets, it's more that they give you cheap material and the holes that they drill never line up properly. Don't put yourself through that.
After extensive research I found this cabinet, and it is a keeper for sure. Comes already assembled except for the shelves. Solid, firm construction. You can tell that this cabinet is going to last.
I guess my review is going to be short because I can't really say anything negative about this cabinet. If you are looking for a solid DVD cabinet, this one is well worth the price.
